Sheila Dahle

Sheila joined Home Solutions Midwest in August 2022, and comes to us with over 10 years of experience leading and mentoring staff across all departments in manufacturing and construction. She holds extensive experience in hiring, training and evaluating staff, and holds many certifications in Human Resources and Environmental Health and Safety. Her daily job functions include overseeing daily business operations, developing and implementing growth strategies, and developing high performing teams. Sheila enjoys our collaborative and fun work environment, and the flexibility of a healthy life work balance.  In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, running, boxing, hiking, and camping.
