As he said in a May 30 interview on Facebook, “Here’s the thing about this house—and I talk to people about this a lot, and I ask people on [my TV show] this a lot. It’s one of the questions I ask every homeowner I work with. ‘Is this your forever house’? I call it your Death House—playfully, of course. But this is the house I am going to live in forever. It’s my last house. This is my deal, forever. And you start making decisions a lot differently when you think about that. I'm making decisions like it's my last house. Nothing but the best.”
Muenster also knew he wanted to share the experience with his fans and followers on social media—and that he wanted to do it real-time, as it was happening.
