Derek Sternhagen replaced windows in two rooms of our house. He protected our floors with drop cloths. He kept us informed as he proceeded with the installation. He carefully explained the method of sampling the paint for lead and reported the results to us. The windows look great and cold air does not seep through. We are impressed and pleased with the windows and Derek's work. He arrived promptly, performed competently, was personable and a pleasure to have in our home.
